'Sister Wives,' Polygamy, and Free Speech

I just filed a friend-of-the-court brief on behalf of the Cato Institute in the Sister Wives case — Brown v. Buhman, now pending in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit — and I thought I’d pass it along.
