A typical Democrat, Hillary Clinton has bent over backward to foment class warfare and fuel populist anger at the rich and the successful. She wants you to believe that she is on your side, that she will help the poor and middle class fight back against the greedy one percenters. She talks about “level playing fields” and people paying their “fair share.” Under a Clinton presidency, if she is to be believed, we will all be equal.
This is the fiction Democratic politicians love to employ, and for the most part, it works for them. But in reality, most policies championed by the Left do not help the poor at all and actually make things easier for the rich and powerful.
