The Health Insurance Tax Will Raise Costs in Every State

Washington, D.C.– The new health insurance tax included in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will increase the cost of health care coverage for consumers and employers in every state, according to a new state-by-state analysis conducted by Oliver Wyman for America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
