In a few weeks, many people will convene in New York City for the Cannabis Science and Policy Summit. They will be from different countries and will include economists, attorneys, policy analysts, journalists, physicians and politicians. But they will overwhelming have one thing in common: Almost none of them will be from the segment of society in which almost all marijuana in the U.S. is consumed.
