Because of his knack for perpetually conjuring up claims of Russian collusion, one might think of Adam Schiff as a kind of idiot savant, but that would only be half-right. Here’s a guy, after all, who has lied for years, even as he sat on evidence that he knew proved he was lying! But enough of this Schiff.
What about some other Democratic standouts? No less than Joe Biden, for instance, recently announced that the fabled Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez will become co-chair of Biden’s “climate change” task force. It’s unknown whether he’ll do that before or after he recommends Maxine Waters as Poet Laureate.
And then, of course, there’s Bernie Sanders, the “democratic socialist” who has spent his life praising communist leaders like Castro, and communist countries like China and Russia. When pressed, Bernie likens his brand of socialism to that of the Scandinavian countries. But he didn’t honeymoon in Sweden; he honeymooned in Russia during the Cold War. Bernie has endorsed Biden, who says he wants Sanders’ help in governing. (Of course he does.)
