Two Rules Biden Needs To Make Environmental Agenda Work

On Inauguration Day, President Biden released a list of Agency Actions for Review pursuant to his new executive order “Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis.” Not surprisingly, the list includes dozens of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations issued under his predecessor, including two that guide EPA’s own regulatory decision processes.
