Any the time the Senate passed Joe Biden’s infrastructure plan in August, Biden had negotiated away three-quarters of its original value to appease Republicans. This is especially worrying amid reports that Biden is now considering cutting down the larger, $3.5 trillion social spending bill to placate holdouts among conservative Democrats.

However, Biden’s military budget is doing just fine.
