This week, two events brought another sad day in America. The foremost is the Texas elementary school shooting which claimed the lives of youngsters in second to fourth grade. Kids in second grade haven’t even reached an age measured in double digits. They haven’t even spent a decade in this life. This is epic tragedy.
Everyone is asking why. Yet this column is about something that preceded by hours the Texas murderer’s rampage. So, it intends no comment upon the heartbreaking event in Texas.
This other sad event was the release, and widespread media magnification, of a report by a far-left group attacking by name hundreds of Republicans nationwide charging them literally with guilt by association.
