Pandemic Is Over, not the Public Health Emergency?

Joe Biden declared in a 60 Minutes interview aired on September 18th that “the pandemic is over.” He should tell that to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra, who yesterday renewed for another three months the federal government’s “determination that a public health emergency exists” as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
